The Lepidoptera campaign is part of the Terrestrial Biosurveillance working group of the iBOL project and will assemble a DNA barcode library for 80K species by 2015. It is organized in global campaigns, targeting all species of a given family, and continental campaigns targeting the complete Lepidoptera fauna of a continent.
